NO RETURNS will be accepted, ONLY when product is damaged from receiving of shipment.
All sales merchandise and jewelry are all FINAL SALE items and CANNOT be returned for store credit.
Store credit is NOT redeemable for cash and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Store credit and gift cards CANNOT be replaced.
We apologize and regret for your dissatisfaction with our product. However, Neres' Boutique does indeed provide a full site credit for unsatisfactory purchases, excluding the original delivery charge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with all enclosed documentation.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches Neres' Boutique. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please also note you will recieve store credit on item(s) if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the product. Store credit will be distributed within 7-10 business days upon recieving.
